How to make spaghetti in different ways

1. Spaghetti and stew
2. Jollof spaghetti (palm and vegetable oil )
3. Stir fried spaghetti

For spaghetti and stew Ingredients

1 pack of spaghetti
Vegetable or palm oil
Scotch bonnet (blended or grated)
3 large onions ( one diced and the other blended or grated)
3 red bell pepper ( blended or grated)
Beef and it’s stock
Seasoning and salt to taste
Spices( ginger, garlic, curry, thyme,etc)

Procedure For the spaghetti

1. Pour water in a pot and put on medium heat to boil
2. After boiling, add spaghetti and add a little amount of vegetable oil to avoid the spaghetti from sticking to each other
3. Cook until it’s almost done, then strain in a colander and let rinse it off to remove the starch
4. Then put the spaghetti back in a pot and add a little salt and water and allow to cook.
For the stew
1. Rinse beef and put in a pot, add spices and seasonings with onion and boil until tender
2. Separate meat from stock and fry the meat
3. Add oil in a pot, when it’s hot, add diced onion and ginger and garlic paste
4. Stir for 2 minutes and add scotch bonnet, bell pepper and the other onions and allow to fry
5. Add spices and the beef stock and stir for about a minute and then add beef and seasonings and allow to cook
6. Spaghetti and stew is ready then enjoy it will a chill drink 🍹

Vegetable oil based jollof spaghetti Ingredients

1 pack of spaghetti
Vegetable oil
Blended or grated red pepper, scotch bonnet, onions and ginger and garlic(optional)
2 large carrots (diced)
Some amounts of Green beans(diced)
Beef and stock
Seasoning and spices

Procedures

1. Add water in a pot and boil, add spaghetti and boil for five minutes and strain and rinse off to remove excess starch
2. In a pot, pour an amount of vegetable oil and heat for 2 minutes then add diced onion and garlic and ginger paste( optional)
3. Stir for a minute and add blended pepper and onions and fry for some minutes
4. Add seasoning and spices, stir for about a minute and add meat stock and meat
5. Cook for 2 minutes then add water to boil and add spaghetti
6. Once it’s almost done, add diced carrot and green beans and allow to cook
Serve with chilled zobo😋

Palm oil based jollof spaghetti Ingredients

1 pack of spaghetti
Palm oil
Blended or grated red pepper, scotch bonnet, onions and ginger and garlic(optional)
Seasoning and spices
Crayfish
Smoked fish
Dried fish

Procedure

1. Add water in a pot and boil, add spaghetti and boil for five minutes and strain and rinse off to remove excess starch
2. In a pot, pour an amount of palm oil and heat for 2 minutes then add diced onion and garlic and ginger paste( optional)
3. Stir for a minute and add blended pepper and onions and fry for some minutes
4. Add seasoning ,spices, crayfish and dried fish,stir for about a minute and add water to boil
5. Allow water to boil and add spaghetti and leave it till it’s almost done
6. Add smoked fish and allow to cook

How to make stir fry spaghetti Ingredients

1 pack of spaghetti
2 large onions ( diced)
3 large red bell peppers (diced)
1 large green pepper (diced)
3 large eggs
Diced ( liver, beef, lamb, chicken)
Sliced sausages (3 pieces)
Scotch bonnet(grated)
2 large carrots ( diced)
Vegetable oil

Procedure

1. Add water and boil in a pot, add spaghetti and allow to cook till it’s almost done then strain and rinse off to remove excess starch
2. Pour a little amount of oil and allow to heat then pour eggs and a pinch of salt, keep stirring to make scrambled eggs and set aside
3. Pour little amount of vegetable oil and allow to start heating then add all diced ingredients, scotch bonnet,sausage and spices
4. Keep stirring for 3 minutes then add spaghetti, seasonings and a little water to mix well and allow to cook for 2 minutes
5. Finally add scrambled eggs and stir for 2 minutes then remove from heat
