Man U made out the first bid of exactly €60million (£51.64m) on the Barcelona’s midfield Frank De Jong  recently.

This also includes some ad-ons which was immediately rejected by the Spanish Hero team Barcelona, this is said to be against the bid offered by the Red devils.
