Dua That Stops Laziness
There’s a Dua which most Muslims know but do not know what it means and when it should be said, Abu Musa Al Ash’ariy said and the Hadith is in Bukhari, he was walking and saying Laa haula wala Kuwwata illa Billah لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ
“Rasulillah SAW came to me and said should I guide you to a treasure from the treasures of Jannah? He said Yes Yaa Rasulillah, He said Laa haula wala Kuwwata illa Billah لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ
The Ulama said is the reward that is in jannah. They said it is the reward that is hidden for the one who says it in this dunya and the one who act upon it.
What does it mean?
Ibn Mas’ud explained that there’s no way you can stop disobeying Allah without the help of Allah.
There’s no way you could get the help of disobeying Allah without saying Laa haula wala Kuwwata illa Billah لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ
You want to change from being full of debt to debt free say Laa haula wala Kuwwata illa Billah لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ
From sickness to health say Laa haula wala Kuwwata illa Billah لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ
You are single and you want to get married say Laa haula wala Kuwwata illa Billah لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ
Rasulillah SAW told us when we are repeating after the call of prayer when it comes to Hayya Alas Salah and hayya Alal falah say Laa haula wala Kuwwata illa Billah لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ
There’s no way I can get the help of Allah to perform salah that’s why it’s at that time only it changed.
Rasulillah SAW said it’s a treasure from jannah, he said to another sahabi, should I guide you to one of the doors in jannah? He said Yes, he said Laa haula wala Kuwwata illa Billah لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ
Many people say the statement in the wrong time, when you are hit by a calamity we always say Laa haula wala Kuwwata illa Billah لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ
Laa haula wala Kuwwata illa Billah لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ
But when you are weak and you want to be strong say Laa haula wala Kuwwata illa Billah
لا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ إِلا بِ
If you want to change from one state to another say Bismillah Tawakkaltu Alallah Walaa haula wala quwwata illa billah
We say it when leaving the house Bismillah Tawakkaltu Alallah Walaa haula wala quwwata illa billah. The shayatin tell each other leave this person alone the whole day, how can you mislead somebody who has been defended guarded and guided by just saying Bismillah Tawakkaltu Alallah Walaa haula wala quwwata illa billah.
Another Hadith by Tirmidhi said no one who said laa ilaa ha illallah, Allahu Akbar, Laa haula wala quwwata illa billah Except all his or her minor sins are forgiven even if they were as much as the foam of the sea.
