Buhari, AGF and other drag to court by lawyer over interference with NDDC
Barrister Oladimeji Felix Ekengba, has dragged to court the President of the federal republic of Nigeria, Accountant General of the federation and the minister of Niger Delta over the interference in operations of the Nigeria delta development commission.
The minister Mr Umana Umana was alleged of unlawfully taking the affairs of managing Director and the commission which is opposite to law on ground.
