ASUU to End Strike in few days
In the meeting which held at the National Assembly with the Speaker of House of Representatives Femi Gbajiamila on Monday and other members inclusive.
After the meeting, it was made to understand that strike will soon be over after the agreement reached through the speaker to the president.
The ASUU chairman said “please let all of us work together and put a beautiful end to the strike, so that every Nigerian will be proud of public universities.
Once again I wanna thank you also extend our appreciation to the president for intervening. And also in the future we should not allow strike to linger, strike should not go beyond 2 days, if the way National Assembly intervened not the way those heading Labour and Education does strike will not be longer than 3 days. Strike happens in the UK and US, but they don’t allow it to last”.
