Ismail ibn Musa Menk, also known as Mufti Menk, is a Zimbabwean Muslim scholar.
He is the Council of Islamic Scholars of Zimbabwe’s head of the fatwa department and the Grand Mufti of the country’s Muslim community, which accounts for about 1% of the overall population.
Mufti Menk, one of the first 500 most influential scholars, discusses the World Cup and the ties between Muslim brothers and sisters during his tour to Nigeria.
