FEC approves N621.2bn for NNPC To Fix 21 Federal Roads
The Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved the sum of N621.2bn for the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) to handle the reconstruction of 21 federal roads across the six geopolitical zones of the country.
The Minister of Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, announced this on Wednesday, while briefing State House reporters after the federal cabinet meeting presided over by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, at the conference room of the First Lady’s office, Presidential Villa, Abuja.
The Roads Approved are listed below;
NORTH CENTRAL
1. Dualization of Ilorin-Jebba-Mokwa/ Bokani Junction road Section 1: Illorin-Jebba, Kwara State C/NO. 6468. 110.8km
2. Dualization of Ilorin, Jebba-Mokwa/Bokani junction Road Section II: Jebba-Mokwa-Bokani junction in Kwara and Niger states. C/NO.6469. 46 km
