Early Life Education
Osodeke was born in the town of Kokori, which is part of the state of Delta’s Ethiope East Local Government. From Rivers State University of Science and Technology, he earned a Bachelor of Science in 1987.
He graduated with a Master of Science from the University of Ibadan three years later. His Postgraduate Diploma in Agro-Meteorology from the Israeli Institute of Meteorology was awarded to him in 1994.
From there, he continued on to Michael Okpara University of Agriculture in Umudike, where he earned his PhD in agro-meteorology in 2002.
