Bauchi Traditional Council Visits Governor Bala to Congratulate Him on His Supreme Court Victory

The Bauchi State Council of Traditional Rulers paid a goodwill visit today to Bauchi State Executive Governor, Sen Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed CON, in recognition of his recent Supreme Court victory.

The courtesy visit was led by the Chairman of the Bauchi State Traditional Council, The Emir of Bauchi, Alh. Dr. Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu stated that they are here to congratulate Governor Bala on his victory, citing his victory from the pool to the Supreme Court as evidence that he is a true leader for whom the Bauchi people voted.

The Emirs expressed satisfaction that Governor Bala’s administration initiatives and policies could be seen in the nooks and corners of the State as a result of his stakeholder-based and inclusive government.

Dr. Rilwanu Suleiman Adamu then pledged the Traditional Institution’s unwavering support for the Administration’s success, particularly in resolving the State’s security concerns.

In his answer, Governor Sen Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed thanked the Emirs for their visit and stated that his administration will continue to carry everyone along in the scheme of things.

The Governor also expressed gratitude to members of the Traditional Institution for their ongoing support and prayers for the success of his administration.

He attributed his administration’s success to the overwhelming support of the Traditional Institutions and the people of Bauchi State, stating that his government will continue to collaborate with them for the state’s growth and development.

As their son, the Governor stated that if he fails, the Traditional Institution fails, and that he will continue to do his best to ensure that they give what is owed to them. He then charged them with continuing to assist security services in addressing the pockets of security concerns in various communities across the state.
