Zulum made provision for talented young boy scholarship.

A young boy called Musa Sani who designed maiduguri flyover has designed another flyover in borno state.

Report had it that the young boy is currently in training which Governor zulum has made a provision for, the scholarship bond would cover his primary to master’s level Education.
