Governor Bala and PDP Governors Visit Plateau Urge for Accord Stillness

Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, Bauchi State Governor and Chairman of the PDP Governors’ Forum, has led a delegation of governors from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to Jos, Plateau state capital, to pay their condolences to the state’s administration and people.

Speaking, Mohammed called for fairness and coherence, stating that unity, peace, and tolerance are expected to grow for Nigeria to flourish.

He did, however, call on residents, religious groups, and stakeholders to support the state government’s efforts to ensure the protection of lives, stating that tolerance is expected to increase at all levels.

While announcing the one-hundred million donation, Mohammed urged his Plateau counterpart, Caleb Mutfwang, to remain strong in uniting the state’s people for Nigeria’s growth and development.

The delegation included governors Seyi Makinde of Oyo, Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa, Peter Mba of Enugu, Nuruddeen Jackson of Osun, and Godwin Obaseki of Edo, among others.
