ClassiQ Biography
Classiq, also known as Arewa Mafia, is a highly acclaimed Hausa rapper hailing from Nigeria. He was born in Bauchi State on September 21, 1991, which means he turned 30 years old in 2021.
Being the first son of his father, who worked as a lecturer at the time, Classiq was raised alongside two siblings. He began his early education at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa Staff Primary School before advancing to complete his secondary education.
After completing his high school studies, he proceeded to Bayero University Kano, where he obtained a degree in Computer Science in 2009.
Classiq’s passion for music began at the young age of 16, and his unique blend of Hausa and English lyrics quickly garnered attention from hip-hop enthusiasts across Nigeria. His music style has since become widely recognized and respected.
