2009 present

Stone stated that the runway does not appeal to her and that her extremely small feet for someone of her size prevent her from wearing shoes in the February 2009 issue of Vogue Paris, which featured Stone on the cover. Stone was the “Fashion’s It Girl” and discussed why she is the industry’s most sought-after face and body on the August 2009 cover of W. She was ranked among the best 30 models of the 2000s by Vogue Paris.

Models with wide lips, gap teeth, and blonde hair began to appear in the same year as her style, including Georgia May Jagger, Lindsey Wixson, and Ashley Smith. The 26-year-old model became the face of the Calvin Klein Collection, CK Calvin Klein, and Calvin Klein Jeans for the fall of 2010 after signing an exclusive contract with Calvin Klein Inc. For the first time in a long time, the design house used the same model to represent all three of its brands, and Stone would feature exclusively in CKI’s fall apparel advertisements and runway shows. She received the British Fashion Awards Model of the Year 2010 at the year’s end.

Stone was pictured by Karl Lagerfeld for the 2011 Pirelli Calendar. Stone appeared on one of the three May 2011 covers for Vogue UK, marking the first multi-cover in the magazine’s 95-year history. The occasion was the wedding of Prince William of Wales and Kate Middleton. She debuted at No. 7 on Forbes’ list of the top-earning models in the world, having earned an estimated $4.5 million since May of the previous year (2010–2011).

Stone served as the face of Calvin Klein’s 2012 underwear campaign and was once more depicted in the Mario Sorrenti-shot 2012 Pirelli calendar.
