Filipino professional basketball player Kai Zachary Perlado Sotto (born May 11, 2002) plays for the Hiroshima Dragonflies of the Japanese B.League. He plays the center position and is listed at 7 feet and 3 inches (2.21 m) and 232 pounds (105 kg). Prior to joining The Skill Factory (TSF) in Atlanta, Georgia, he also played for the Ateneo Blue Eaglets of the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP).

He has competed in a number of senior and junior competitions on behalf of the Philippine national team. He and Raul Dillo, who is also 7’3″ and the tallest Filipino professional basketball player ever, are the tallest Filipino basketball players in history.
