Rice signed a long-term contract with Premier League team Arsenal on July 15, 2023. Additionally, they will get £1 million for each time Arsenal advances to the Champions League while he is a member of the team and an additional £1 million if he plays 60 percent of the games in a season, with a £5 million ceiling on those payments.
