Fashola had ambitions to work as a voice actor and an MC as a child. He started singing in 2014 after realizing his love for music and receiving encouragement from close friends to pursue a career in music. Marley and his buddies Zlatan, Tiamiu Kayode, Adewunmi Adeyanju Moses, Micheal “Taqueesh” Adenuga, and Abubakar Musa were all taken into custody by the EFCC on May 10. One day following the release of the contentious music video for “Am I A Yahoo Boy” by Bob Marley, the arrest was made. Zlatan and the other three were released by the EFCC five days later, but Marley was held in detention because of the evidence against him. He was accused of 11 charges of fraud by the EFCC on May 16, 2019, in front of a federal high court in Ikoyi, Lagos.
