Lucia Mthiyane is a South African jazz singer, actress, model, chef, and entrepreneur. She is most known to television viewers for her roles as Rachel Phakathi on the e.tv soapie Rhythm City (2007–2008) and as Selinah Mdluli, Pearl’s mother (Jo-Anne Reyneke) on the SABC2 soapie Muvhango.
