9ice has three marriages under his belt and three children from each of them. 9ice and Toni Payne wed in July 2008 after 9ice’s friend Ruggedman introduced them to each other. Following the birth of their first child, Zion, the musician and his spouse declared their divorce after two years of marriage. Rumor has it that adultery was the reason behind the marriage’s breakdown. The song “Once Bitten” by 9ice was purportedly inspired by his ex-wife’s supposed romance with Ruggedman.

But after six years, 9ice apologized to Ruggedman and Payne. Even though it seemed like they had worked things out, according to Ruggedman, their relationship will never be the same. Following their breakup, 9ice wed American software developer Adetola Anifalaje in 2018. But once Milani-Francoise Imisioluwa Akande, the couple’s daughter, was born, the marriage collapsed again.

He wed event director Ola Sunkanmi Ajala, a resident of Lagos when he was 39 years old. Their marriage was in trouble a year later when a video of 9ice cheating on Sunkanmi became viral. The performer then apologized in public and begged his Instagram followers to persuade his wife. Their current child, Michelle Abolanle Akande, was born before 9ice and Sunkanmi were married. Furthermore, 9ice and a different woman by the name of Vickie Godis are the parents of twins, Maya and Miya Akande.
