She was reared in Kaduna and participated in dance competitions both as a young child and in school. Rahama seems to be the only actress to have appeared in numerous Hausa (KANYWOOD), English (NOLLYWOOD), and Hindi (BOLLYWOOD) Nigerian films. Alhaji Ibrahim Sadau gave birth to Sadau in Kaduna State, a state in northwest Nigeria that served as the previous capital of Nigeria’s Northern Region. She was raised in Kaduna by her parents, her brother Haruna Sadau, and her three sisters Zainab, Fatima, and Aisha Sadau.

Why Rahama Sadau was banned from MOPPAN

The actress and the Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigeria, or MOPPAN, have not always had an easy relationship.

She got into a heated confrontation with well-known actor and producer Adam Zango in 2015. A six-month suspension from MOPPAN resulted from the altercation.

Rahama discussed the situation and claimed that Zango had harassed her. She claims that he coerced her into acting inappropriately around him. The claims were refuted by the actor.

She later expressed regret for the outburst that resulted in her MOPPAN suspension. She and Zango are friendly now that they have put their differences behind them.

By the end of 2016, her connection with MOPPAN was strained once more. She co-starred alongside rapper ClassiQ in a music video.

In the video, she and ClassiQ could be seen grinning and giving each other hugs. She was barred from the business by MOPPAN because they decided the video was unsuitable.
