Ashley Brewer’s Early Life And Education
Brewer grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, where he was born. She attended Phoenix’s Chaparral High School, where she won the 2009 Arizona 4A state title in the 100-meter backstroke and was a 12-time prep All-American swimmer.
She was recognized as her school’s 2010 Female Athlete of the Year and assisted Chaparral in winning two state titles.
Brewer transferred to the University of Southern California, where she earned her degree in 2014, after swimming for the University of Texas for her first two years.
She participated in the 100-meter backstroke trials for the 2012 US Olympics while she was living in Texas. She was tied for 83rd place.

Brewer joined Cox 7 Arizona as a college football sideline reporter after graduating from USC.
